We want you to love your purchase from Janine’s Jewelry Design. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.
30-Day Returns (Store Credit / Credit on Account)
Gift Returns
If you received this item as a gift, you can still return it for store credit within 30 days. The store credit will be issued to your email address so you can choose something you'll love. Please email info@janinedesign.com to start a gift return.
How to Start a Return

The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Store Credit (Credit on Account)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you and apply store credit to your customer account. Store credit is typically issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Store credit is tied to the email used at checkout; please use the same email to apply your credit on a future order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders are not returnable and not refundable.
Repairs are not refundable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email info@janinedesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help right away.
